Insurance:
We know that acquiring quality long-term care is not always easy. Your
employer-assisted dental plan can offset the cost of maintaining oral health,
but may not cover the full cost for every procedure. For most plans, our
office will provide you with an estimate of your co-payment for services and
we ask that you pay that amount when the treatment is provided. We will
submit the insurance claims and allow payment assignment to our office.
However, certain insurers will send payment directly to you.

Cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Care
Credit payment plans are also available.
Parking:
Our facility provides a convenient off-street parking lot on the sides and rear of the building.
